Bookings and quotes

Quotes are based on the products, dates and location you provide and are confirmed once a booking is accepted. All hire prices include delivery, set up and pack down within our standard Sydney service area. Travel outside this area may attract an additional fee, advised before booking.

Payment

A deposit may be required to secure your date, with the balance due before the event. Your booking is confirmed once the deposit is received.

Delivery and set up

We deliver, install and pack down your hire at the agreed times. Please ensure safe and reasonable access to the site, a suitable flat surface and access to power where required.

Care of products

Our letters and props remain the property of Limelight Letters at all times. The hirer is responsible for the products from set up to pack down and for any loss or damage beyond normal use during that period.

Safety

All products are maintained to Australian safety standards. Letters must not be moved, modified or exposed to unsafe conditions once installed. Please keep children supervised around the displays.

Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel a booking, contact us as early as possible. Cancellation terms, including any deposit, will be set out in your booking confirmation.

Weather and outdoor events

For outdoor events, a dry and stable surface is required. We may recommend cover for the products and reserve the right to adjust placement for safety in adverse conditions.
